To provide personal, administrative, organizational and secretarial supports to Brighthouse Financial Actuarial Team, in a timely, professional and efficient manner.

Reports to: Wha-Ning Doo, Asst. Vice President & Actuary

Convent Station, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative supports to the Actuarial team at Convent Station, NJ, which includes organizing supplies, copying, printing and mailing of documents. 
  • Attendance Tracking for Actuarial Team members.
  • Organize and manage events and meetings with internal and external parties including the provision of equipment, catering, accommodation. 
  • Manage & making all travel arrangement and prepare expense reports.
  • Attend and take minutes at meetings as required.
  • Other responsibilities required as this list is not exhaustive
