Senior System Integrator

Job Description


This role will gather requirements and document both business and functional/technical requirements in an Agile environment, and support/lead the implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems with a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, resilient, scalable, and high performing solutions. The resource is accountable for partnering with various teams (internal and 3rd party technical teams) in identifying options, driving reviews and detailed analysis.


General Responsibilities:
•    Define feature requirements and acceptance criteria with product owners:
o    Actively solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements
o    Build and possess thorough business understanding of the problem presented by the Product Owner
o    Understand available technical capabilities to offer possible solutions
o    Decompose features to smallest deliverable form
o    Primary POC for communicating requirements to component teams
o    Manage multiple tasks / projects in a fast-paced and changing environment
o    Very strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal IT, third party vendors, and business partners
o    This position requires travel once a month
•    Where patterns exist:
o    Manage connectivity needs for enabling new products or capabilities (ie EDE, MQ)
o    Troubleshoot and diagnose testing issues
o    Manages complex troubleshooting efforts that cross multiple platforms and technical disciplines
o    Recognizes and implements automation opportunities
o    Implements standard patterns and solutions to increase design and implementation efficiency
•    Data / Configuration:
o    Enable new products on sub ledgers by prototyping configuration setup, unit testing, and iterating
o    Maintain, update, and test ledger configuration in Servicing applications
o    Manage Shared services team engagement and requirement definition
o    Understand data model, data movement within the Servicing application environment
o    Execute basic SQL queries where needed to test assumptions and inform requirements
•    Technology/Business Capabilities:
o    Strong understanding of the Commercial Lending business. Able to quickly understand business needs and translate these needs into technical solutions
o    Agile Development Methodology experience strongly desired
o    ATDD experience strongly desired
o    Learn & analyze complex, interconnected business processes / systems
o    Create and own necessary documentation for DRB/DX review tollgates for new APIs as needed
o    Understanding and adherence to API governance framework
o    Fundamental AWS knowledge


Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering or military experience 
•    At least 1 year of commensurate experience in requirements gathering and writing
•    At least 3 years of system integration experience
•    At least 1 year of experience with recognized industry patterns, methodologies, and techniques
•    At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Banking


Preferred Qualifications:
•    Master’s Degree
