The Talent Management Center of Excellence is seeking a human resource professional to work in our staffing organization in our Newark, New Jersey office. You will handle day-to-day recruiting coordination activities in addition to driving process enhancements by leading the analysis, design and implementation .


  • Execute recruiting coordination activities, including offer letter, background, and other pre-hire processes
  • Support large cross-functional process improvement projects and initiatives that advance the customer experience
  • Develop dashboards providing actionable insights on service delivery. Evolve management and operational reporting to optimize use of data for better and faster data-driven decision making
  • Initiate process enhancements, and lead analysis, design and implementation

  • BA/BS from an accredited college/university
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to interact with applicants and leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated aptitude for data management, dashboard development and analysis
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize work, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, as well as see projects through with limited guidance
  • Outstanding organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Previous experience working in Human Resources a plus
  • Previous work experience with Talent Acquisition Systems a plus
