Senior Unified Communications Analyst

TEKsystems has an immediate need for a candidate with the following qualifications:

1. Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE or UCCX) troubleshooting experience experience- Any versions from 7.5 to 9.5 (9.5 would be ideal), scripting, call routing and analysis of the system (specific troubleshooting issue examples below)

2. Telecommunications experience, such as installing and configuring network circuits, working with a PBX system, working in an enterprise voice environment and having the ability to understand phone systems, working with the lines and Internet and configuring routers and switches.
