This position leads in the configuration design, programming, testing, implementation, and support for applying technology to satisfy business for our Workforce Management System which administers Time & Attendance, Paid Time Off, and Labor Management. The Senior Workforce Management Analyst, Operations will partner with various Human Resources, Accounting, and Payroll/Tax groups to ensure that all business processes to support local, state and union requirements are processed correctly and contain accurate information. Works as an individual contributor under general supervision and usually reports to a project leader or manager. The following highlights the key job duties:

Essential Functions:

  • Gathers and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis
  • Perform end-user interviews, lead requirements gathering sessions, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
  • Create detailed plans and recommendations based on high level goals and loosely defined business outcomes
  • Train others on business processes and best practices
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high level information into details to support configurations
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
  • Train others on business processes and best practices
  • Partner with team to provide technical assistance and to resolve complex problems
  • Encourages and implements continuous improvement measures on day-to-day basis within own area of responsibility
  • Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs. The schedule for this positions requires the following availability, but not limited to Monday-Friday from 7am to 7pm, weekends as scheduled.
  • Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences is expected
