  • Job Description
    • Provides initial troubleshooting and follow-up to ensure problems are resolved in a timely fashion.
    • Helps coordinate software and hardware upgrades in the field and installs selected software and hardware products.
    • Troubleshoot PC/Printer problems, both hardware and software.
    • Support Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office Suite 2003/2010, SharePoint, other Safelite proprietary applications.
    • Blackberry/Android experience a plus.
