We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineer who is passionate about security, reliability and design. We are looking for a Service Engineer who is ready to be a part of a team that moves fast, leverages continuous delivery practices, and is centered at the customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set-up
•New server set-up
•Server upgrades (release management)
•Capacity planning
•Data ingestion

Maintain
•Asset tracking and configuration management
•Patching
•System health telemetry and monitoring
•System troubleshooting (incident management)
•Change management

Improve
•Automation and optimization
•Problem management

QUALIFICATIONS:
•4+ years experience in Linux and Windows basic administration
•Demonstrated expertise in web services, virtualization and cloud concepts
•Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
•Outstanding problem-solving skills and passion to solve hard problems as part of a team
•Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes

Experience in many of the following:
•ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process
•Solr
•MySQL / MS SQL Server
•SQL, including queries
•Syslog
•C#, PowerShell

PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED:
•User and Entity Behavior Analytic (UEBA) AND/OR Machine Learning experience
•SIEM Familiarity
•Knowledge of security software & network/network security components
•At least one industry relevant information security certificate (GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, OSCP)
