¿ Providing top notch customer service ¿ Ability to make people smile through the phone and email
¿ Track and capture all inquiries using Salesforce Service Cloud to be able to follow up and ensure solutions are provided
¿ Flexibility with new and evolving processes and a willingness to accept new challenges with a great attitude.
¿ Consistently looking for process improvements and areas to make Service experience top notch.
¿ Ability to learn and apply information at a fast pace. Prior knowledge or customer service experience preferred but not required.
