Pay Rate/Salary: $16-17 / Hour
Responsible for research and procurement of MA and CE service repair parts.
Day time hours - Mon-Friday - 8am-5pm
3 years minimum experience in service parts or automotive parts industry .
Minimize part delays and back orders through constant process improvement
Provide assistance in resolving part related incident and consumer service issues within region.
Negotiate part procurement thru OEM's, Part Distributors, and Tier 2 accounts.
Exhibit drive and initiative to learn whatever is necessary to explore new solutions.
Organizes workload to meet deadlines as assigned by the leadership team.
Report any deviations to agreed processes that meet client's Service Level Agreements to the Sr. Parts Analyst.
Seek out areas of opportunity for improvement in customer service & cost containment.
Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer/client relationships by identifying their needs and excelling at creating value in meeting those needs.
Conduct audits for parts usage, damages and losses and other daily operational tasks.
All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements �3 years minimum experience in service parts or automotive parts industry.
�Self-motivated, self-managed, & driven; ability to work effectively when unsupervised.
�Ability to research, quickly understand and develop a clear understanding of all processes and procedures related to Parts and Procurement Operations
�Demonstrate sense of ownership; accepts responsibility for performance outcomes and results.
�Strong in organizational and time management skills.
�Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel software.
�Strong oral and written communication skills.
