To assist customers by coordinating engine and/or power generation service work which includes dealing with customers and creating and quoting work orders along with other service responsibilities.
Gather unit/product information
Perform unit inspection for obvious body damage
Create work orders and quotes for customers
Schedule repairs in system
Daily updating to customers to status of their repair.
Create basic/initial diagnostic plan consistent with the complaint
Ability to assess customer delivery needs
Manage schedule of Diagnostic Techs
Deliver daily T/S plan focusing on equipment available to start of troubleshooting

Bachelor's degree preferred. High school degree required.
1-3 years experience with auto or diesel products (mechanical and electronic engines), Cummins product experience preferred but not necessary
Computer experience required - Ability to use e-mails programs and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
front counter/sales/upselling experience in preferred.
