What you’ll be doing...
Verizon Telematics is looking for a well-rounded individual who is capable of leading an implementation of ServiceNow and supporting it long term. This individual will be responsible for internal ServiceNow requests across multiple departments. They need to have the ability to understand the IT systems landscape, and implement solutions that fit in to that landscape. This person will be interacting with all levels of the organization and must have good written and interpersonal communication skills. They will have a strong working relationship with both business owners and the ServiceNow team. They need to be able to document end user requirements, communicate those requirements, develop and execute them.
