The Service Architect II must demonstrate an ability to exercise independent judgment, make critical business decisions, and be able to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the core initiatives of the organization.
Consistently applies that understanding to work effort.
Seeks greater understanding of organizational strategy though needs development in understanding all components of the Kronos business model.
Ability to develop risk mitigation strategies may need improvement, though general understanding of risk impacts on the business is demonstrated.
Developing industry and product expertise allow individual to independently support mid-market opportunities.
Developing a functional understanding of the full suite of products and services, including software, hardware, Cloud, SaaS, software implementation, and education.
Ability to independently develop and support basic business output and collateral.

Fully able to present solutions professionally and effectively to customers, though Executive level presence in need of improvement.
Can deliver impactful delivery approach, with managerial oversight.
Long term strategic development strategies still may require senior level oversight/validation.
Actively supports the customer onboarding experience through Sales and Service collaboration.
