Standard Minimum Qualifications: 
Must be eighteen years of age or older. 
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States 

Additional Minimum Qualifications: Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. 

Work Experience Required: 3 years

Certifications & Licenses: Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. 

Additional Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years experience with analytical and data mining tools such as Tableau. Retail and/or Call Center knowledge.

  • 2-4 years work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, auditing, and/or forecasting.
  • Experience building reports/analyses with analytical tools (e.g. Excel, JMP, SAS, Mathematica, SPSS, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong relational database skills (Access, SQL Server, Postgres, etc.) and SQL skills (writing complex queries to pull large sets of data, performing analysis using SQL queries)
  • Ability to process large amounts of data through high throughput computing tools (HTCondor, Hadoop, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge in statistical analysis and model building using software (R, SAS, etc.)
  • Experience in data visualization and building dashboards (Tableau, R, Excel, etc.)
  • Understanding of Object Oriented Programming Language (C++, Java, Python, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Macros, VBA, etc.) a must
