Post sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.
In the role of Services Specialist - Technical Support, you will:
+ Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support - Resolves post sales Technical Issues
+ As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the "level" of skill set increases
+ For some products 1 individual may handle levels 1,2 and 3 while for other products these may be separate individuals with increasing skill sets
+ Be responsible for major contribution to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team
+ Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures
+ Work together with people from the business unit
+ Contact are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues
+ Be responsible for Targeted clients
+ Work on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks
+ Have some latitude to deviate from those conditions
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and minimum 4 years of experience in Services).
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Ability to influence others and lead small teams
+ Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
+ Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
+ Effective problem identification and solution skills
+ Proven analytical and organizational ability
