The North America Position Services Client Service Team is responsible for providing dedicated client service support for the Firm's Tier 1 Prime Brokerage client's for all facets of corporate actions in which a Client may inquire on. He or She will be responsible for managing all corporate action queries for our Prime Brokerage clients relative to their global corporate action activity and strategies This includes managing daily inflows of inquiries and requires the Team members to interpret internal notifications of corporate action events notices, as well as being part of our proactive risk mitigation efforts in ensuring a seamless facilitation of corporate action events and the handling of one-off client driven requests requiring special handling across multiple internal and external parties.
The candidate needs to be a client focused individual with strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multi-task, manage to tight deadlines and successfully manage client relationships during the life cycle of each corporate action event the clients are active in. Ideally, the candidate should have a working knowledge of the Prime Brokerage business and a working understanding across all facets of corporate actions.
