My Client is a global healthcare company. Their mission is to systematically reduce the time and cost of the drug development process. They partner with innovative biopharmaceutical companies and academic institutions to ensure that important medicines are rapidly delivered to patients. Their goal is to serve our partners, contribute positively to the healthcare system, and improve the lives of patients around the world. They are looking to bring a SharePoint Admin into their office in Mid-Town Manhattan. Job Description: • Deliver SharePoint Online to 500+ internal and external users across the family of companies. • Assist in drafting our overall SharePoint architecture and governance structure by working closely with our IT team (who supports Office 365 and Active Directory) and our Business Operations team (who will map out the document management needs of every department and subsidiary company). • Serve as an administrator who governs security and permission sets for all employees and contractors. • Deliver SharePoint Online training sessions (both group and individual) and help to create training materials (i.e. presentations and videos) to enhance the daily productivity of all user groups. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Legal, and Compliance professionals to ensure that SharePoint Online remains in compliance with all relevant regulations (including but not limited to CFR 21 Part 11). Qualifications: • Several years of experience as a SharePoint Online administrator at a life sciences company • Experience with at least one large-scale SharePoint Online data migration • Ability to assess user requirements and determine appropriate architecture for SharePoint Online configuration • Ability to manage third party vendors for development, implementation, and ongoing technical support • Ability to communicate with server/infrastructure administrators as well as developers and non-technical business constituents about the above technologies • Ability to work independently (self-starter) as well as play various implementation roles within project teams • Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills • Project management knowledge and experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience with CFR 21 Part 11 compliance validations and on-going maintenance • Experience with SharePoint designer, Powershell and other CLI • Knowledge of enterprise security and architectural design • Previous experience in overseeing deployment, integration and migration to SharePoint Online EDUCATION • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Science, or a similar discipline preferred, but not required Experienced SharePoint Admins please apply or send your resume to me at Shaun.Howe@rht.com with the subject SharePoint Admin.
