A Sharepoint Developer position in Raleigh, NC is available courtesy of Modis Engineering. They currently manage an extraordinary large number of documents within their site(s). In this role, you will assist in the redesign of the company's site to provide a process/visual flow representation of their internal process that will drive context specific documentation (templates, aids, activities, other), improving the PMO ability to quickly understand, execute and comply with our project management processes. The individual must be able to collaborate with the team and leadership to design and vet/validate SharePoint site changes. Responsible for implementing the changes, including quality control and team member training; documentation of operational procedures/configuration and settings; provides consultative and subject matter expertise. This is a minimum 18-month contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

SharePoint-based data collection form development and potentially basic workflow development.
Collection of data that will be used to generate standardized reports and simple workflow to alert of completion of activities and required next steps.
Site redesign and site content re-structuring.
Improved 'help' and training capabilities.
Content rationalization and consolidation.
SharePoint integration of data feeds from other sources/tools.
