Shopper Marketing Senior Analyst

This role is in need of a self-motivated, strategic thinking, well organized, consumer-centric marketer to support the Frito Lay commercialization needs of our biggest customer, Walmart Inc. This person will also identify growth opportunities through analytics and develop selling materials to make our marketing programs a reality for Walmart Inc.

  • Owns and manages Shopper Marketing Budget for Sam's Club & Walmart
  • Owns and manages relationship with Sampling/Demo Agencies for All PepsiCo Brands at Walmart
  • Manages the MP Business for Sam's Club - partnering with sales and insights on rotation opportunities and portfolio management (BP creation and cross-functional communication)
  • Leads Sam's Club commercialization taskforce
  • Manages "Celebrate Arkansas" print advertising and promotional materials for PepsiCo BUs
  • Supports the annual planning process for Walmart & Sam's Club across three key stages:
    • Shopper Problems to Solve (PTS)
    • Growth Summit
    • Annual Business Plan for all Frito-Lay brands
  • Supports the execution of Shopper Marketing program sell-in for WMT Inc. where needed

Critical Wiring:
  • Key communication point for all budget related topics - managing a $7MM+ budget
  • Collaborates with WMT Shopper Marketing and Sales teams on WMT Inc. strategies
  • Collaborates with Sales & Insights Teams on Customer Growth Summit
  • Collaborates with internal cross functional taskforce to bring programs and products through commercialization
  • Collaborates with BU Brand on the AOP to plan and implement:
    • Frito-Lay and National Better Together portfolio programs
    • M2S customer-specific executions
    • Customer-specific promo programs
  • Collaborates across Demand Xcelerator team and with Brand Teams to develop specific customer programs
  • Collaborates with all BUs within WMT Inc. Shopper Marketing Team to develop programming and process efficiencies
  • Supports relationship and aligns priorities for customer with the Sales team
  • Supports marketing relationship with customer and provides strategic recommendations on customer engagements
  • Collaborates with customer to define customer marketing program and engagement (e.g., Game Time)

  • Ideal candidate has CPG marketing or sales experience
