Adecco is assisting a local client and recruiting for an On-Site-Services Supervisor in McLean, VA. This available position is with an organization that is considered to be a thriving leader in the electronics imaging industry.

Position: On-Site-Services- Supervisor
Job Location: McLean, VA
Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: 13.51
Job Duration: 3 month contract

Will be responsible for the set-up and breakdown of conference rooms to include setting out water, coffee and other beverages.
Place foods and utensils, and collecting leftover items.
Moving of chair and connecting audio and visual equipment.
Will empty and load dishwashers daily.
Will work with firm personnel on various projects, to include copying and scanning of documentation.
Will use multi-functional devices to complete these projects and will solicit projects during slow periods. Will meet with Administrator weekly and discuss operations, offering suggestions as appropriate for doing thing better.
Will create reports and compose other types of correspondence as required.
Professional speaking demeanor and communication is required.
Will follow up on routine and unusual activities at the firm.
Frequent customer interaction is required.
Must have understanding of FedEx and UPS processes.
Will be required to prepare mailings to include, weighing, applying postage, placing in proper receptacles, etc.
Will prepare pouches for shipments to branch offices.
Will produce, weekly and monthly reports and other correspondence.
Will document process steps and record data for historical purposes.
Will inventory supplies and submit orders to firm Administrator or designee.
Will stock supplies in appropriate places and keep areas neat and organized.
Will reconcile incoming orders and deliver as appropriate.
Will replenish convenience areas and keep them neat.
Will proactively communicate with manager a minimum of twice weekly.
They will need to be able to run a copier and postage machine as well.


Candidate must possess the ability to follow up on projects and have demonstrated customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
Candidate must be willing and able to set-up and break down conference rooms for meeting.
Must be able to work collaboratively with firm employees.
Must presents a professional demeanor and can do attitude at all times.
Promptness and great attendance record is essential.
Legal experience is a plus.
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Open to performing other duties as assigned.
Must be given to hospitality.
