System Administrator – Small Shop IT Manager We are seeking a Systems Administrator to provide end-user, infrastructure support, and manager vendor relationships. This Systems Admin will manage day to day operations related to IT including handling escalated technical issues from the 3 Help Desk, Executive support to the partners Attorneys, manager the relationship with the vendors such as Managed Service company and others. This law firm in downtown Orlando offer 2 weeks paid vacation, full benefits, and great work life balance. Day to day responsibilities will consist of: - Executive Desktop support for the Partners, and attorneys. - This role will serve as a lead Support specialist to a team of 3 Help Desk currently on the team (Not a Management role however) - You will serve as the last line of support for all troubleshooting issues. - Troubleshooting Microsoft applications - VMWARE – thin client – Vmview - Winscrib on iPhone Support - Serve as Liaison between law firm and Managed Service Provider. - Windows Active Directory – User Management, Administration, Group Policy. - Server and application deployments, upgrades, etc. Please submit your resume to LinkedIn: Guillermo Huaman
