Proactive selling and growing the account off-cycle is a key aspect of the success of an Renewal Specialist. LinkedIn Renewal Specialists are sales people and thrive on growing their book of business by creating value.

Basic Qualifications
BA/BS degree in related field
2+ years of sales experience with SaaS and/or recruiting
Fluency in English is essential
Preferred Qualifications
Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms
Established reputation as a high integrity and top performer.
Strong understanding of the talent acquisition/staffing agency industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
