Staffmark has a unique opportunity for a Social Media Recruiter. The Social Media Recruiter will support our district offices in their recruiting efforts by driving our brand through various social media outlets. The Social Media Recruiter will ensure creative and strategic recruiting strategies are in place for each branch in the district and will promote the Staffmark brand to potential candidates and drive applicant flow.
The ideal candidate will have a marketing background with a strong ability and knowledge of social media platforms. Successful candidates for the Social Media Recruiter position will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication skills, be creative, driven, and highly detail oriented.
Assist with the development of recruiting calendars for each branch
Create and write job postings/ advertisements to attract candidates
Develop referral bonus programs to increase candidate volume
Review weekly reports to monitor applicant flow and hiring results
Analyze recruiting results of job ads
Manage all social media accounts for each supported branch
Create virtual events to engage candidates
Develop creative programs to attract candidates
Engage with community sources
