Sodexo is seeking a Soft Services Framework Support Specialist to support theFacilities Management Platform Soft Services Department. This role is virtual and will require up to **100%** travel.

You willfocus onthe support of the Facilities Management Platform Soft Services Department in the areas of mobilization, stabilization, deployments and training around the soft services platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Environmental Services.

Are you an experienced manager of Building and Facility Services or Soft Service Facility Management?We are seeking a strategic leader with strong financial acumen, extensive influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. The best qualified candidate will also have exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. New Account Opening experience is also highly preferred.
**Location and Travel**
Virtual candidates should reside near a major airport within the U.S. This position will require up to 80-100% travel.

Deploys the Soft Services Framework (SSF) as directed by the SSF Support Specialist Lead across the region in all segments. Introduces the SSF tools and standards to enhance the financial performance of all business segments. Drives the growth of the portfolio within Soft Services in the region across all Segments through effective implementation of approved tools and systems.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
