Build capability on IBM SPM-ICM platform supporting global compensation processing for global insurance company. Develop functional requirements and design documentation for ICM platform. Gather, review, analyze, and evaluate ICM platform user needs. Plan and implement ICM platform development projects and participate in fit/gap analysis of ICM functional requirements. Lead functional documentation design (including use cases, functional specifications, reports, and screen prototypes). Participate in change management activities. Develop and review test cases and contribute to development of training materials and code release artifacts. Ensure compliance with System Development Life Cycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering and three years of experience in position offered or in a Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, or Software Engineering Analyst position. Two years of the required experience must have included working with IBM SPM-ICM platform and performing at least two full platform life cycle implementations; implementing insurance industry compensation plans and payments; and utilizing SQL, query optimization, Agile, and waterfall methodologies.
