Retail Technology Group(RTG) provides enterprise solutions to the Retail industry in the integration, data architecture, performance and security domain uses cutting-edge technologies.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, followed by seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in software development position. Experience to include 1) system design and implementing complex message oriented middleware solutions; 2) technologies and architecture including message oriented frameworks, web services, SOA architecture, front end frameworks, tiered architecture, workflow based rule engine, business layer frameworks, oracle database, SQL and PL/SQL programming, and integration products; 3) enterprise application security services including role based security frameworks; 4) knowledge in technologies and architectures including Hibernate, Spring, JPA, XSLT, JAXP, JAXB, Web Services, WSDL, SOAP, JAX-RPC, JAX-WS, Axis, RMI, JTA, JMX, SQL technologies, weblogic application server; 5) system stabilization and product handoff to quality assurance team; 6) automating business processes through workflow functionality and configurable rules; 7) complex data synchronization applications using message oriented middleware products and SOA based products; 8) design and develop enterprise-class robust, scalable, and performance applications that address immediate data synchronization needs. 9) Modern SCMS technologies and concepts.
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
