As part of Fusion Applications Development team, we are developing several products.
Fusion Functional Setup team is responsible for designing and delivering a framework that is best in class and one that would dramatically simplify
implementing, maintaining and integrating Oracle Application Suites.
Functional Setup is the first task customers need to complete after installation in order to go to production. It is critical to influencing the customer's
first impression of their experience with Fusion Applications. Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager broadly covers the Fusion Applications initiative of
Superior Ownership Experience (SOE) and is responsible for functionally setting up and maintaining all Fusion Application Offerings.
This team is responsible for delivering innovative solutions by leveraging the best Database/Middleware technologies while enabling Application Suites to
deliver a simplified and low cost implementation/maintenance experience.
Functional Setup Manager has three major components:
1) A framework consisting of UI, metadata and a set of APIs for seeding setup task list and related data
2) A Task List Manager tool to be used by implementers to configure a Fusion application to make it operational
3) An Export/Import tool to migrate the validated setup configuration from one instance to another
Topology Manager for Fusion Applications which is a full fledged topology and URI management system . It allows for registry and discovery of service and web app end points via a set of Java APIs and other related hooks.
Fusion Fleet Manager is a set of products that are built to manage the Oracle Fusion Applications Cloud. They involve orachestrating tenant environments/managing the tenants etc.
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
