Identity Cloud Services is the next generation Identity Management solution to be offered as a Cloud Service. Our team is tasked to architect, design and develop this cloud service. Functionality roadmap includes User, Group and Password Management, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Social and Mobile Identity, Cloud SSO, Strong Authentication, Identity Provisioning, Identity Governance, Mobile Security, Privileged Access and so on. This solution will be the backbone of all Oracle Cloud Services as the Identity platform and will also be an Identity solution for all customer Identity Management needs.

This is a great opportunity to work on a ground up development effort. This very senior level individual contributor technologist role within Identity Cloud Services development team that will need to lead the architecture and design of the cloud service aspects and it's evangelism by working with cross-functional and cross product engineering leaders.

The candidate should have deep domain expertise in building large cloud services and be able to demonstrate prior success in this area. Identity Management domain expertise is required. Candidate should have immense product development background and can work with services mindset and feel responsible for your work all the way to production.

Qualifications:
Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
