Position Summary and Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is to design, develop, and support all aspects of our PeopleSoft environment. This will include production support which consists of new development, implementation of new versions, and troubleshooting. • Support the delivered PeopleSoft applications that our company is currently running. • Design, develop and support custom modifications to the delivered application. • Monitor and implement application patches as they become available. • Lead in the upgrade of a major version release. • Prepare and present system and program design technical reviews and or walkthroughs. • Assist with training and development of less senior members of the application teams. • Complete projects within the time schedule and efficiently handle multiple assignments. • Demonstrate responsibility for production applications. • Report the progress of assigned projects to his/her manager and fulfill the departmental administrative reporting requirements. • Ensure that assigned projects are thoroughly tested and documented, pass a quality assurance review and are accepted by the requestor prior to implementation. • Successfully adhere to departmental and company standards. • Perform other duties as requested by his/her manager. • Ability to communicate with end-users regarding application problem resolution and/or system development. • Participate in the implementation of new PeopleSoft modules. • Provide 24X7 on-call support for application failures and support Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers • 3-5 years of position experience preferred • Must have experience with current PeopleSoft version (APP Version 9.2, Tools Version 8.5.0) • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) • Technical Skills: PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Brokers, XML Publisher and Query • Preferred Application Skills: AR, AP, GL AM • Required Application Skills: BEN ADMIN, TAM, ESS, ELM • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Apply directly to
