Your responsibilities are:

- To work with a multi-discipline team to define the critical scenarios that can help Outlook Calendar lead in delighting customers and enabling them to spend their time well.

- To design and implement new features and to provide input to improve existing features and designs.

- To review functional, design, and test specs and to ensure high-quality features are delivered that satisfy customers' needs.

- To integrate optics for reliability, performance and usage patterns of scenarios and features with our existing telemetry systems.

- To support, evaluate and experiment with critical scenarios and features in production.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate this broad set of attributes well. As the position is one of software engineer, an ability to code is a base requirement. As there are many forms of coding in practical use today., having experience in languages and frameworks such as Ruby, node.js, Python, C#, Java, C, C++, and various others is acceptable, assuming the candidate can demonstrate proficiency in what they know, and can extend their learning to new languages, tools, and environments.

Basic Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one year’s experience working in a software engineering environment.
