We build cross platform experiences and infrastructure to enable interaction with groups, with the goal of enabling our users to effortlessly accomplish their work. Our team uses a variety of technologies, including .Net, ReactJS, Azure, Git, data analysis tools, and employs agile development processes to continuously deploy and improve features in our online services.

As an engineer on this team, you will tackle designing and implementing a range of end to end features including seamless document collaboration and surfacing group data and insights to users. You will work on the full stack, building delightful experiences backed by highly reliable and scalable Office365 and Azure services. You will write code that is used by various endpoints including Outlook clients and SharePoint, and partner with teams across Office365 to architect and build a common framework for groups. You will use experimentation and capture insights to rapidly iterate on experiences and grow usage. Your role will include tackling complex problems, engineering challenges and exploring new technologies to deliver success for the team.

Required Qualifications:
- BS in computer science or related/equivalent degree
- 2+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in C#, Java or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication and cross team collaboration skills
- Great customer focus and dedication to achieving results
