We have projects ranging variety of technologies, such as group email distribution, directory synchronization, guest authentication and authorization, high scale event processing, and data mining and reporting - among many others.

You will be working with a team that is constantly looking to improve its processes and tools to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Your responsibilities are:

- To design and implement new features as well as provide input
to improve existing features and designs.
- To review functional, design, and test specs and to ensure high-
quality features are delivered that satisfy our customer’s needs.
- To integrate optics for reliability, performance and usage
patterns with our existing telemetry systems.
- To support and evaluate reliability and performance of critical
scenarios and features in live services.

Requirements:

- BS in Computer Science or related degree
- 5+ years of object-oriented programming, unit-testing and test
driven development
- Great customer focus
- Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Candidates must be able to meet customer security screening requirements as indicated for this role. Customer screening requirements may include additional items such as, but not limited to: Specialized agency background checks (either national or local) and fingerprinting. All employees hired into roles supporting Cloud Offerings will also be required to pass Microsoft background checks prior to the start of employment and every two years thereafter.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
