You’ll be working in a collaborative environment with a team of highly technical engineers that is building the service fabric and engineering ecosystem for SharePoint Online. As a member of our team, you will design and implement core features involving service oriented architecture, datacenter fabric, data science, and distributed computing. You’ll be creating and improving systems that run at massive scale with industry-leading reliability. We’re looking for engineers who have top-notch coding skills, the desire and drive to work in a fast-paced environment, the curiosity to seek out innovative solutions, the agility to work on a broad range of features, and a passion for delighting the customer.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of development experience on a large codebase, shipping multiple commercial products or internet-scale cloud services
• 3+ years of programming expertise in C++ and/or C#
• Excellent hands-on design, coding and debugging skills
• Desire to operate in an agile development environment
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Experience with SQL, Azure, or machine learning is a plus.

Basic qualifications:

• 1+ years of programming, software engineering, and/or software development experience
