We are working on making VSTS projects public, easily discovered and fun to contribute to. We are enabling workflows which will allow guest users can log issues, vote and add comments on existing issues.

As a member of the Service Insights team you’ll help build our high maturity business intelligence solution. You will work on data mining, data analysis and data exploration, predictive analysis and machine learning. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where we ship frequently using a variety of technologies: C#, MS SQL Server, Azure Data Lake/ Cosmos, Kusto, Azure ML, Python. As part of this position you will be responsible to for driving features and building insights and models for VSTS Monthly Service Review with our executives. We’re looking for engineers who can mix great collaboration skills with an ability to work independently and deliver well thought and compelling solution as part of an agile team. Basic Qualifications:
•4+ years writing code in C#/Java development experience covering all stages of the release cycle

Preferred Qualifications:
•BS degree or higher in Computer Science or Mathematics
•Experience with C#, SQL, Big Data and related data management technologies are a plus: ML, Python, Statistics
•Passion for understanding and solving data driven problem, by applying mathematical modeling and data analytics
•Great problem solving and design skills, and passion for quality
•Experience in building high performance, scalable online services is highly preferred
