Our team within the Microsoft Support Engineering Group (Universal Store) is looking for a software engineer with a passion for our customers and full stack development. You'll be leading the effort to build best-in-industry support experiences. You’ll partner broadly across the company and bring these experiences as close as possible to customers. You’ll be joining a team with a people-focused culture that embraces growth, and drives improvement through data and experimentation for both our products and our people.

Ideal candidates will have:

•A passion for owning great experiences end-to-end

•At least 2 years software development experience

•Proven track record of successful collaboration and teamwork

•A knack for identifying what can be improved and having the drive to make it happen

•An unwavering commitment to great design, sound engineering practices, and customer focus

•An insatiable desire to get things done on time, with high quality

Preferred experience includes:

•Javascript/Html/Css

•C#/ASP.NET
