As a Software Engineer, you will be an agile architect in the design, development, and support of the most visible Internet-scale features and infrastructures at LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a passion for performance along with hands-on development experience.
This position is full-time and based in our office in Sunnyvale.
Take on performance analysis and code optimization challenges in one or more of the areas below:
•Mobile performance optimization: Enhance user experience by profiling, analyzing and optimizing user experience on iOS and Android devices. •Web performance: Implement and evangelize web performance best practice(s) to the development team and drive decisions around framework and tool choices. •Analyze performance bottlenecks and execute projects to improve load times for web or mobile applications. •Work with cutting edge front end technologies such as Ember. , node. , Play! framework •Provide inputs during the design phase of the projects so that performance risks are mitigated
