Sway is looking for a passionate Engineering Manager to own the web stack of the Sway output technologies. Position will be responsible for helping define and drive delivery of the next generation Sway output experience. Project technologies will consist of modern web technologies and OSS libraries including TypeScript, React, MobX, WebPack, Gulp, Git, etc. Ideal candidate has experience with web development including various industry standards, libraries, and best practices. Candidates need to be comfortable managing a team of up to 10 and be excited about working in a fast-paced service environment.

Skills Required:

•8+ years of software engineering experience.

•Demonstrated experience managing teams of 5-10 engineers.

Experience with web technologies:

•JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

•BS in Computer Science or related field.
