Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (Computer/Electronic/Electrical), or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following (which may be gained concurrently): performing software development in CRM applications, specifically Salesforce technologies for the pharmaceutical industry; designing and developing solutions for CRM applications, including release and production support; conducting complex configuration and customization work, including data migration and integration, within a Force.com platform; using Salesforce.com APEX programming language; designing the architecture of enterprise CRM application(s) on a Force.com platform; and, managing a team to perform break/fix and enhancement work request (WR) application development, maintenance, and production support for CRM modules (Contracts, Install Base, Field Service, or TeleService).
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
