Role Summary:

The CT Image Reconstruction Team is looking for a highly motivated software engineer interested in being a part of a global team developing industry-leading Computed Tomography (CT) Scanners. The team develops SW and algorithms that process data to create medical images.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include designing, implementing and testing of CT image reconstruction software, in collaboration with the system design team and algorithm designers, utilizing the latest high-performance computing hardware and software technologies. Additionally, this role will be responsible for programming a feature, algorithm, or platform SW, working in a team environment. Mentoring and direction is provided by others on the team.

In this role you will:

• Participate in developing and reviewing the customer and system requirements for CT Image Reconstruction software

• Design and implement SW, including the development of automated unit tests

• Measure and improve the performance of your SW

• Integrate your code into the team's overall deliverables

• Work in a global environment, interacting with teammates in multiple locations

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

Eligibility Requirements:

• C/C++ programming language / Linux operating system

• Strong problem solving skills

• General experience with computing architectures, storage devices, networking
