Support software implementation phases for new customer implementations and identify areas of opportunity for software use within these organizations.
• Define scope, develop implementation plan, determine necessary resources and establish implementation timeline.
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to both internal operational functions and client to mitigate project risks to all parties.
• Ensure that service standards and quality is met with each customer implementation project.
• Post implementation support with customers.
