Software QA Specialist (SDET) job in Aliso Viejo,CA is available courtesy of Adecco Engineering and Technical. A Bachelor's Degree and about 5 years of experience in the realm of Software Quality Assurance. This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a very established company.

Software QA Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage overall testing approach and strategy for large complex projects working independently or leading other test analysts.
• Lead and collaborate with project teams to understand complex requirements, create effective test plans and scripts for large projects.
• Improve overall department's testing effectiveness and efficiency by identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
• Analyze and implement strategies for leveraging QA tools and techniques to create measurable improvements.
• Provide thought leadership to continuously improving Agile development practices.

Requirements:

• 7+ Years experience in Customer facing skills and Quality Assurance Processes, Test methodologies, Requirements Analysis and Defect Tracking.
• Extensive experience in using Automation tools like Ruby Cucumber/ SOAP UI, and Performance Testing Tools.
• Extensive experience in managing overall testing approach and strategy for complex platform integration projects, packaged software applications, and product oriented projects.
• Strong understanding of SQL and comfortable with joins.
• Expertise with C# .
• Salesforce working experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
• Database analysis experience is highly desirable along with Database back end testing.
