IBM is seeking a Software Services Specialists with responsibility to identify, develop, and close SW Services opportunities in their client set that drive the expected Signings, Revenue and Gross Profit results for the territory. Through intimate knowledge of the TSS Software Services portfolio, they will identify opportunities, and provide solutions to client business needs that improve their business and financial performance. Successful SW Services Sales Specialists will be able to (1) Select and prioritize the high-growth and value revenue opportunities, (2) Participate in or lead cross functional sales teams, (3) Develop client propositions that clearly identify financial and other business benefits (4) Select the appropriate offerings that will meet client's business objectives and (5) Understand the growing Linux and Open Source Software environment and correlate to support requirements.
