Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments.
The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing Kronos FMSI Financial Services solutions within cloud environments. As the Solution Consultant, you will work with the customer to sculpt the design of the application to meet their business needs and utilize the defined implementation process to meet established project milestones and targeted completion dates. You will also work in a team environment with customer representatives to implement and deliver training on products that Kronos FMSI sells to its customers, and will work closely with the Kronos Practice and/or Project Manager to complete all tasks necessary to ensure a successful project implementation and system rollout.
Other responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Perform business rule/operations analysis to ensure delivery meets expectations.
Configure software applications according to solution design and project plan.
Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors.
Provide knowledge transfer for customers; either onsite (adult learning environment) or remote.
Analyze enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications; as needed.
Advise/Consult customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.
3 + years Professional Services experience
Workforce Management/Scheduling Optimization experience
Working experience with scheduling applications
Ability to work cross functionally with all levels of an organization; internal and external
Consulting / customer interface experience
SaaS applications implementation experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexibility to travel as needed up to 75%
Bachelor's Degree; Business, Computer Science or related field/experience
Project Management experience preferred; no certification required
Working experience within a branch banking or credit union environment
Broad knowledge of workforce management practices; financial services industry a plus
Experience with HR/Payroll systems
