The newly opened Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport is recruiting for our next Sous Chef to join our growing Renton Family!

The Water’s Table Sous Chef will provide support to the Chef de Cuisine in managing Hyatt Regency Lake Washington’s signature restaurant, Water’s Table. This Northwest-inspired pan-Asian fine dining restaurant is the only full-service waterfront restaurant on the southern end of Lake Washington, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch year-round. The Sous Chef will also support and work with the Executive Chef and other culinary leaders of Hyatt Regency Lake Washington to create, implement and maintain quality standards. In some instances the Sous Chef will be expected to be responsible for the entire operation of Water’s Table in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine. The ideal Sous Chef will accomplish their tasks by monitoring the daily functions of the Water’s Table culinary team, including providing support and guidance, ending in a positive guest experience.
