Special Assets Group (SAG) Coordinator The SAG Coordinator is responsible for supporting the assigned market Special Assets Group by providing extensive reporting capabilities. The role will also be responsible with updating data entry and updating accounts. The SAG Coordinator will also provide support on miscellaneous copying, administrative and other duties as assigned.
Reporting Information/Location This SAG Coordinator role is located at 333 W. Santa Clara, San Jose, CA and reports to the Special Assets Group Team. This position does not have direct reports.
Position Responsibilities: *Work closely with spreadsheets and reports for support to the Special Assets team *Ensure monthly reports are pulled, updated and reconciled *Distribute reports to Officers and Managers for approval and changes *Effectively manage SAG legal fee invoices to include updating spreadsheet logs, distributing, and filing *Provide assistance with special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Travel Travel is not required of this position.

Qualifications: *H.S. diploma or GED *2 college level business, accounting OR finance classes *2 years of experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets *2 years of portfolio reporting experience *2 years of experience preparing presentations *2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
