Overview: JOB SUMMARY:
This position requires an employee to perform all function necessary to successfully maintain a branch office, perform assigned operations functions, organize the flow of applicants, telephone communications, mail and branch office files.




Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Arrive promptly for the opening of branch.
  2. Answer and route incoming calls.
  3. Maintain organized files of client correspondence and active and inactive applicant and client files.
  4. Complete hours/work verification forms.
  5. Greet visitors and applicants for testing and interviewing.
  6. Schedule appointments and tracks no-shows.
  7. Liaison between branch and Associate Payroll.
  8. Distribute messages, mail and incoming faxes.
  9. Maintain an alphabetical Job Order binder.
  10. Additional administrative functions for the office.
  11. Collate employment packets.
  12. Produce correspondence and marketing materials.
  13. Order, maintain and distribute office supplies.
  14. Complete credit checks
  15. Assist in credit and collections.
  16. May be responsible for pay/bill functions.
  17. Prepare monthly LMS schedules
  18. Assist Executive Director with special projects
  19. Send resumes to RESUMIX


SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
Participates in special projects and performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Formal Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Skills:
(a) Must be computer literate.
(b) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
(c) Strong customer service orientation.
(d) Excellent attention to detail.
3. Experience:
(a) Six months prior office experience.
4. Knowledge:
(a) Software applications.
5. Other:
(a) Must be able to handle multiple priorities.
(b) Must be able to meet deadlines.
