Specialty Pharmacy Marketing Advisor

Position Summary:
As the Specialty Pharmacy Marketing Advisor you will support the Director for CVS Specialty/Coram in leading patient acquisition, education, retention, and satisfaction efforts or both CVS Specialty and Coram Infusion Services. You will build and execute upon a well-defined marketing plan and leverage patient (and provider) insights, research, industry knowledge and best practices to form the most effective approaches to engage patients including:
- Developing key communication strategies/messaging across audience segments and therapies
- Leading the development and execution of overall patient communication strategies; ensure production and delivery of content and collateral; implement across communication channels (e.g., direct mail, email, digital, etc.); and project plan development /management
- Leading development of content strategy and execution of digital optimization efforts for patient communications
- Supporting adoption of products and services teams (innovation, digital) to drive utilization and adoption of new programs through the development of marketing materials and programs to engage and convert
- Working with key internal stakeholders and business partners and/or directing and managing external business
partners (e.g., marketing agencies, consultants, vendors, etc.) in order to execute the work

As the Specialty Pharmacy Marketing Advisor, you will work with a large cross-functional team and stakeholders in order to perform the work. This may also include directing and managing external business partners such as marketing agencies, consultants, and vendors. You will create and execute project plans including strategy, development, production, fulfillment, status updates, approvals and final delivery of materials.

Required Qualifications:
* 5 or more years of related professional marketing experience across a broad range of focus areas including: brand
marketing, strategic planning, project management, market analysis, research planning, and integrated communications
* 3 or more years utilizing strategic expertise and understanding of provider contact strategies and driving behavior change
* 3 or more years of proven work specific to provider digital channels including web, mobile, and email
* 3 or more years of direct marketing expertise within a top tier marketing-driven organization with experience across channels (direct mail, email, telemarketing, face-to-face, direct response)

Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of significant projects and strategy implementation
* Strong strategic skills with a proven ability to develop sound plans and turn into action, executing flawlessly and meeting deadlines/key milestones
* Superb relationship skills with proven ability to influence across the organization (with success in gaining followers across levels of the organization)
* Strong executive presence
* Provider, healthcare, specialty pharmacy, retail and/or related industry experience
* Comfort and experience in working with key business partners who are off-site/virtual

* Bachelors Degree in a related field is required
