The Global Relationship Management team is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of this merchant relationship, which is a top merchant in the Visa system . The team works to deepen the relationship and deliver on the commitments in place, including: exclusive Visa credit acceptance, Visa co-brand with the Bank, strategy, new business opportunities and marketing . This is a highly visible and unique opportunity within Visa.
The Sr. Account Support Associate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the partnership including the co-brand portfolio, Visa acceptance and all other new business opportunities. This will include interfacing with the client to manage the project and working with cross-functional internal teams to execute on required work. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Global Relationship Manager. Qualifications
- Self-starter with a bias towards action
- Ability to tailor communication style across multiple functions
- Good understanding of Visa's business and data systems
- Project Management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications, including presentations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to build internal and external relationships and networks
- Bachelor's degree required
