The JD Edwards Business Analyst will provide day-to-day support to various team members across multiple regions. This individual will be the business partner for all things JDE including business processes and application support, the identification of enhancement opportunities as well as the implementation and execution of those enhancements.
Duties and responsibilities of eligible candidate include:
•    Provide daily support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials, Order to Cash, Inventory, Procurement and Distribution modules
•    A complete understanding of JDE E1 with the ability to configure is required (no development necessary)
•    Proven experience supporting/troubleshooting various integration points between JDE and other internally developed business applications
•    Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. 
•    Conduct business and system analysis, management of feature scope, lead software and process design changes, gather user requirements and be the liaison between the business users and multiple IT groups. 
•    Work closely and communicate effectively with business managers and users to understand their processes and procedures. 
•    Gather and prepare technical requirements documentation, develop test cases, plan and coordinate integration testing with users
•    Prepare and deliver end user training, providing support to end users when requested
•    Work collaboratively with business and IT teams to analyze requirements, propose and execute solutions
•    Handle/manage multiple simultaneous priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while regularly working in both group and independent settings
•    Demonstrate openness to change, flexibility, adaptability and possess expert analytical problem solving skills
Education/Experience:
•    Prior JD Edwards business analyst or consulting experience (implementation, upgrades, support and testing) is a must
•    Bachelors degree preferred
•    Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
•    Knowledge of relational databases and SQL preferred
•    High ethical values including and experience maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality with sensitive information
•    Experience in a multi-national/global environment preferred
•    Experienced in technical documentation, implementation protocols and working in an Agile IT delivery framework
