**Sr. Advisor, Field Marketing – OEM & IoT Solutions** Dell EMC OEM & IoT Americas Marketing is seeking an experienced and creative marketer to drive regional marketing programs. The role will focus on driving regional demand generation & customer programs using a data driven approach. They will work closely with sales leadership and global marketing teams to create & execute impactful and innovative marketing programs for Americas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Develops analytics-based quarterly marketing plan. · Owns the development and execution of the marketing plans by working with functional team members on marketing elements such as digital marketing, demand generation, events, promotions, field activities, and programs. · Owns internal awareness programs to help drive OEM & IoT awareness & opportunities · Localizes and adapts global content and programs that achieve sales demand. · Works with Corporate Communications team and business leaders to increase visibility, education and awareness of OEM customers through use of press releases, case studies. · Leads overall regional branding and messaging with customers & technology partners around elements such as logo management, brand compliance and co-marketing activities. · Utilizes standard campaign methodology and metrics to track marketing/sales efforts and drive program results throughout quarter/year. · Develop stakeholder communications which consists of field sales communications, customer communications, internal communications via vehicles such as emails, webpages. **Experience:** Education: Master’s degree. (MBA preferred) 3+ years of relevant experience working in marketing with proven results. **Skills:** Collaborates well with others, a team player; but can also thrive in an entrepreneurial setting Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent marketing creativity and flawless execution.
