seeks Sr. Agent for our client's Tech Call Center in Dublin Ohio.
This position is for Adecco's Global Client, a leading source of consumer health intelligent information for businesses and professionals. This opportunity is with a well-established company - offers competitive W-2 compensation.
Role: Sr. Call Center Agent
Duration: 3-months (Contract to permanent possible based on performance)
Pay Rate: $16.00(40 hours' week 9 am to 6 pm)

This team is the talent pool for the rest of the business, there are high expectation for superior customer service in a fast-paced environment. If you show up and absorb the culture and the goals of this team there is no limit to where you can go next within our client's venue.
What you are accountable for:
• Receive and address incoming customer requests and or issues vie telephone or email related to our website, technical support, etc.
• Handling any standard work identified as Tier 1 and escalating any defined as Tier 2 to the that team
• Training new team members
• Exceptional Customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and still work with accuracy
• Problem solving skills required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools
